FAQ’s:

1. Making space for a Touch Press app:

Touchpress titles are generally large downloads (up to 1.8GB), and may initially require more space than advertised on the app store when downloading. This results from iPad including the size of the download package in its estimation of how much space is needed to install an app. There are two possible solutions to this problem:

  1. Temporarily remove some data from your iPad to clear space (around 5GB should do the trick), and then you can put it back on this once the app has been installed.
  2. Download the title to your PC/Mac via iTunes and then sync with your iPad, which eliminates the need for extra space.

2. If the app crashes:

If the app you’re using crashes, the chances are that it’s due to low memory, particularly if you’re using an older device. Many of these issues can be solved by fully rebooting your iOS device. To do this, simply hold the Home and Sleep buttons for around 15 seconds, until the device restarts and the Apple logo appears. This clears the device’s RAM, and usually leads to improved performance.
